When will my order ship?
We dispatch all orders for stock paintings within 1 – 2 business days via UPS/DHL/EMS/SF Express standard worldwide Express services.

What about shipping costs?
Currently we offer free shipping to the following countries and regions: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Western Europe countries.
Shipping cost to other countries and regions is us$38 flat rate.
Import taxes and duties might incur depending on your country of residence. We have no control over this kind of fees and charges. Please check with your local customs or postal authority for more specific information on this regard.
How long will it be before I receive my order?
Delivery time to United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Asia: 5 – 10 days
Delivery time to United Kingdom and Western Europe countries: 7 – 12 days
Delivery time to rest of the world: 10 – 20 days
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, delivery times are only estimates, and not guaranteed by the express companies.
What payment methods are available?
All online payments are processed securely through Paypal , which means each and every payment method available and accepted through Paypal is available to be used on our site. This includes VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Amazon Payments and more.
There are two buttons on each product page for payment purpose, one is an Add to Cart button, the other is a golden Paypal Express Checkout button.
You can purchase directly on a product page with the golden Paypal Express Checkout button, bypassing the shopping cart entirely.
Paypal Express Checkout minimizes the number of steps our customers must complete when you check out. When you click on the golden Paypal Express Checkout button, a popup Paypal In-Context Checkout window will appear, which enables a secure and seamless check out.
If you want to purchase multiple items at one time, you might want to use the Add to Cart button instead. On the checkout page, there is another option available besides Paypal Express, that is Paypal Standard. With Paypal standard you will be automatically forwarded to the Paypal site to complete the purchase.
Our site forces https secure connection across the whole site, so you can rest assured that your shipping information is secure with us.
We do not have your card information. Paypal keeps your payment data secure.
On successful completion of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation email. If you did not see it, please be sure to check your spam or promotions folders, or contact us.
There may be circumstances the golden Paypal Express Checkout button does not show on the product pages, in that case, you might change to another browser to use our site, or make purchases with the Paypal Standard option. We would also appreciate it very much if you could drop us a line to inform us any checkout problem you encountered.
Do I Need to create an account in order to place an order?
You do not need to register an account with us to shop with us, you have the option to shop as a guest and purchase your items without an account registered with us, nor with Paypal.
However, registering an account and opting in to subscribe to our newsletter enables you to get the drop on exclusives, discounts and more not offered to the public or published on our website.
I just placed my order and I forgot to include a gift note. Is it too late?
Please just reply to your order confirmation email and let us know that you meant to include a note, and if it hasn’t shipped yet we’ll make sure it is included.
I have a question about an order I’ve already placed.
No worries, just reply to the confirmation email you got and we’ll get in touch with you right away. Or if you lost that email you can always contact us.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not satisfied with the painting, please let us know within 3 days upon receipt, and return it within 7 days. We will refund the amount you paid for the painting within one business day after receipt of the returned painting. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is in result of seller’s error.
